Fixed Readers
Typically used in portals and gateways to detect tags passing by. Available in UHF. Fixed readers require antennas, power and communication via network cable.
Handheld Readers
Typically used to scan tags during audits, stock capture or people management at events. Available in HF and UHF, Handheld readers communicate over WiFi or the 4G network
BLE Readers
Typically used to detect tags and sensors within a defined area for tracking and location management. Available for BLE 4.0 and BLE 5.0 Readers require power and communication via Ethernet or WiFi.
Desktop Readers
Typically used to capture tags and write data to tags. Available in LF, HF and UHF. Desktop readers are USB powered and can be connected directly to PC’s.
